Computer aided drafting

As we can see many explanations related to above title, on the hoardings hanging over the roadside complexes CAD/CADD civil/mechanical/electrical etc.Let's understand some basics behind it,

early age when we started to sketch something with pencil , previous genes called that was a DRAWING they mean by..unclear pencil drawing is SKETCH...very clear sketch with shading is an ART...art filled with colors is PAINTING. We understood a part of it, tried to become an artist and happy with whatever we could do with definite or indefinite geometry on a sheet of paper , on getting some experience in it we took participation in events organised to PAINT with concept given to us on the spot... from then we came to know how to give shape to some one's or our own imagination. Once we  grew up & entered the world of computer and its applications, we started to represent soft copy of DRAWING in different soft wares basically from paint, image viewers, image editors, photo editors....there are soft wares specially designed to generate engineering DRAWINGS in it called INTERACTIVE COMPUTER GRAPHICS SOFT WARES...
